We may share your information with agencies who provide services such as verifying Aadhaar credentials for e-signing documents, e-KYC, information processing hosting and storage, authentication systems, fraud detection, search technology, advertising and fulfilment services, managing and enhancing customer data, providing customer service, assessing your interest in our product and services, and conducting customer research or satisfaction surveys.
  6. These agencies are subject to confidentiality agreements with us and obligated to protect your information. They may be located wherever The Legal Capsule operates or agrees to operate.
  7. We may share Personal Information and User Content with vendors, employees, contractors and/or agents who are performing services for The Legal Capsule, (such as the servers for our email communications who are provided access to user’s email address for purposes of sending emails from us; authentication systems, and fraud detection) (collectively, “Service Providers”).

    2. We collect and store the data at server Microsoft Azure which acts as the back up to serve the above mentioned purposes . The data collected from the user is only for processing the data for the above mentioned uses and puroses , and for regulatory or legal requirements to retain it.
    3. Data so collected will not be held by us for longer than required for the purpose of collection and will be deleted or anonymised once the data does not serve the use and the purpose .

We provide you the capability to review and update specific information (such as user profile details, contact information, signature configuration, password and user settings and preferences) by logging into our services (Software and mobile app) and entering the new information into your user profile page.

Individuals may request corrections, deletions, or additions, as appropriate, except where the burden or expense of providing such access would be disproportionate to the risks to the individual’s privacy or would violate another individual’s rights.
